The Big Food Rescue follows the work of charities as they aim to save a fraction of the 10 million tons of food wasted in Britain each year and re-distribute it to communities. The series follows the behind-the-scenes volunteers, trustees, paid workers and local groups, whose mission it is to change Britain’s food habits.
